Vodafone Client Case Study: Vodafone Ireland
Vodafone is the largest Wireless Operator in Ireland with a customer base of over 2 million users. Its Call Centre Operations, with 520 agent positions, were spread across a number of sites in Ireland and managed by the Customer Care Division based in Dublin. When Vodafone needed to move all these disparate call centres into their new headquarters building in Dublin, without interruption to ongoing customer care operations, it was FCS who they trusted to manage this complex and challenging operation.
